What does each package include?
Every package includes session time, professional editing, and a set number of final photos. Higher tiers add printed photos, second photographers, and extended coverage for larger events like weddings or milestone birthdays.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking date, with the remaining balance due on or before the session day. This helps us reserve equipment and studio time specifically for you.
Can I add extra photos or prints later?
Yes, additional edited photos and printed copies can be purchased after your session at a set per-photo rate. Just reach out to us with the photo numbers from your online gallery.
What is your rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. Sessions can be rescheduled once at no extra charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, subject to studio availability.
How long until I receive my photos?
Standard packages are delivered within 7-10 business days. The Celebration package includes a same-week preview gallery, with the full edited set following within two weeks.
Do prices include travel to my location?
Studio sessions are included in the listed price. On-location or outdoor sessions within Giza carry a small travel fee, which we'll confirm with you before booking.
